Article 3 — Third-party providers and services
The provision of the services involves the following providers, whose role is detailed in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, in the Data Processing Agreement: Stripe (payments); Cryptolens (licences); OVH (continuous integration and back-ups); GitHub (continuous integration and retention of back-up artefacts); Infomaniak / kmeet (video conferences); artificial intelligence model providers enabled at the user's choice (where applicable: Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Mistral, Groq) or a locally executed model.
Article 4 — Intellectual property
The “DarkMoon” trademark, the associated logo, the graphic charter, the texts, the architecture of the website and of the documentation, as well as the proprietary components of the Pro edition, are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of ASC or of its licensors. The Community edition of the DarkMoon software is distributed under the free GNU General Public License version 3 (GPL-3.0); this licence confers no right in the trademarks, logos or in the proprietary components of the Pro edition. Any unauthorised reproduction constitutes an infringement (contrefaçon) punishable under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Article 5 — Content reporting
In accordance with Article 6 of the LCEN, any user may report content they consider unlawful to the address contact@asc-it.fr.
